Copyright and reporting content

How to tell us about something on tvoc.live that should not be there.

Report a page or something on it

Press “Report this page” at the bottom of the page, or email support@tvoc.live with the page's address and what is wrong — harassment, impersonation, a scam, illegal content, or anything that breaks our Terms. We read every report. If it is about your copyright, send a notice as described below so we can act on it straight away.

Anything that sexualises a child is removed as soon as we see it and reported to the authorities (in the US, the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children).

Copyright: asking us to take something down

Creators upload sounds, pictures, video clips, alert media and page designs to tvoc.live, and the apps play songs that viewers request through the streamer's own Spotify account. If something on tvoc.live uses your work without permission, send a written notice to our copyright agent (below) that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature (typing your full name is enough);
  2. the copyrighted work you say is infringed (or a list, if there are several);
  3. the material you want removed and where it is — the page address (tvoc.live/…) and which picture, sound, clip or block on it;
  4. your name, postal address, phone number and email address;
  5. a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law;
  6. a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them.

When we get a complete notice we remove or disable the material promptly, tell the person who posted it, and pass them a copy of the notice (including the name and contact details in it, so they can reply or send a counter-notice).

If your content was taken down by mistake: counter-notice

If you believe something of yours was removed because of a mistake or misidentification, send our copyright agent a counter-notice that includes:

  1. your physical or electronic signature;
  2. what was removed and where it appeared before it was removed;
  3. a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
  4. your name, postal address and phone number;
  5. a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the US Federal District Court for the district where your address is (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which TVOC Creator Network Limited may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice, or their agent.

We send the counter-notice to the person who sent the original notice. Unless they tell us within 10 business days that they have filed a court action to stop the infringement, we put the material back within 10 to 14 business days of receiving the counter-notice.

Please be accurate. Under US law (17 U.S.C. §512(f)) anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed by mistake, can be liable for damages. If you are not sure, ask a lawyer first.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of people who repeatedly infringe copyright. An account that has material removed after valid notices on three separate occasions is closed, and we may close one sooner where the infringement is deliberate or serious.
